problem: 32 bit devices and memory above 4GB

DMA an mbuf from above 4GB to a 32bit only NIC -> obviously doesn't work

hardware solution: iommu, works perfectly fine on sparc64

amd64: shitty slow iommu, some early intel don't have it at all
very new amd64 & intel iommu actually not so bad any more
