ALTQ headaches



seperate ifqueue and ifaltq structs have drawbacks
each NIC driver has to be adapted
ipintrq & friends not altq capable

configuration drasticly simplified by the pf merge - but still pretty complex

too much overhead
just enabling altq on an interface costs more than 10%
altq itself about 9000 lines of code, removal diff has 12000 lines
