OpenBSD installer gained autoinstall some time ago
fetching a response file over http

I added custom template support for the autopartitioning
fetched from the install host via http

We have some things in install.site
recycled the ask_* functions, thus same response file technique

dedicated, isolated install VLAN with netboot infrastructure
