I have an early version working
n2k16/prague + at bob's couch/edmonton

hiwat and lowat hardcoded
actually forced synflood mode most of the time
both need to be tuneables for now
if we find 1-size-fits-all values, g/c them again
if not, well... we learn over time

we'll want a button to en-/disable synflood mode
at least initially
again, we'll learn over time
set synflood-mode on/off/auto?

at least one bigger bug escaping the hunt so far
