interface specification:

altq on dc0 cbq bandwidth 10Mb queue { child1, child2, child3 }

enable altq on dc0

use the cbq scheduler

define the bandwidth to 10 MBit/s. can be omitted; the interface's bandwidth is used then.

child queues are child1, child2, and child3
