altq merge

two queues can be given:

pass out on dc0 to port ssh keep state
    queue(ssh_bulk, ssh_interactive)

the second queue is called "priority queue"

all packets with a ToS of "lowdelay" are assigned to the priority queue, all other packets are assigned to the other queue

usefull for ssh, give interactive sessions priority over bulk transfers (scp)
