Why OpenBSD: package tools


we don't tolerate non-packaged binaries
it's in base, or it is a package. period.

no need to build ports
just use the OpenBSD-provided packages

custom ports/packages for some inhouse projects
and very few (<10) for things too special/custom

again, no surprises
