need to interface banks and paypal

ported aqbanking which implements HBCI/FinTS to talk to banks

the usual perl module for PayPal
which surprisingly didn't implement getBalance... added that

banks: send direct debit, regular transfers

banks and paypal: retrieve transactions, balances
and the usual checkout process for paypal of course
